Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective 16 days after publication, except for changes required by law or new features, which apply immediately.

Services Provided

Noise World offers a digital environment where users can participate in football-related experiences, events, and activities. We strive to maintain continuous service availability but may suspend or modify features at our discretion.

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, policy violations, or at our sole discretion.

Community Guidelines

Users must comply with local laws and platform rules, refraining from abusive behavior, harassment, misinformation, illegal content, or activities that harm the platform's integrity or community.

Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but are not liable for disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control.

Restrictions

Users may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Services. Automated access, overloading systems, or circumventing security features is strictly prohibited.

Experiences & Virtual Assets

Users can acquire, exchange, and display digital Experiences in Noise World. Attributes such as scarcity may influence their value. Access to certain Experiences may be restricted.

Land Usage

Purchased virtual lands must be used in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Prohibited content includes offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.

Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services accessed via the platform. Users interact with external resources at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property of Noise World are protected by law. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the Services without infringing on these rights.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Noise World harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes shall be resolved through the Malta Arbitration Centre.
